Nobly – the Nordic region’s leading supplier of the ECM platform OnBase by Hyland, streamlines the company and sells its in-house developed products to focus 100% on the core business.
A joint decision
Nobly sells its proprietary healthcare software products to Trifork. The products RoOS, Arrival and Transport will thus strengthen Trifork’s portfolio of solutions within healthcare IT with new, well-proven and value-creating products.
Nobly has developed the products in close collaboration with the Danish public regions and is proud that we have helped to streamline heavy workflows and have made cold hands warm with these products. The staff gets a greater overview, avoids administrative burdens and thus gets more time for patients and citizens.
Trifork takes over the further development of the products and has great ambitions by partly spreading the products to more customers and by further developing the products with new functional areas.
It is important for both Trifork and Nobly that there is a strong focus on customers. Especially in the transfer process, now that Trifork takes over customer responsibility, operation, and further development of the products. The takeover has effect per. January 15, 2020, while the actual transfer and relationship building takes place in close pairing between Trifork and Nobly during the first 6 months of 2020.

The right family
There were several international companies that were interested in buying the mentioned products from Nobly. When the choice fell on Trifork, it is partly due to Nobly seeing Trifork as a company with the same set of values as itself and as a company that is already known as a serious, ambitious. and trustworthy supplier and partner in the Danish healthcare IT market.
