Oslo Pensjonsforsikring Chooses Nobly as supplier for secure Document Management

Nobly will provide secure document management to Oslo Pensjonsforsikring (OPF) and contribute to the modernization of their archiving and case management with the OnBase platform. The solution will bring significant value to OPF through increased compliance, efficiency, and an improved user and customer experience.

The dialogue between Oslo Pensjonsforsikring and Nobly began back in March 2021, and it has been a productive and valuable process in which OPF has evaluated various solutions. This effort has now culminated in an agreement where, in the first phase, Nobly will migrate OPF from their current system, ESOP (SharePoint), to OnBase. From there, Nobly’s clear ambition is to expand the collaboration to include all of OPF’s case management needs.

Fredrik Anspach, Director of Pensions and Loans at OPF, explains why they chose Nobly as their supplier:
“OPF chose Nobly as the provider of our new archiving and case management system because we found that Nobly was the supplier best suited to meet our need for a more robust technological solution. This solution enables us to bring our case management processes into the future while also improving our ability to meet the ever-increasing compliance requirements related to our regulatory framework through OnBase.”

OPF is one of Norway’s largest and most financially solid life insurance companies, consisting of Oslo Pensjonsforsikring AS and Oslo Forsikring AS. With this agreement, OPF is taking a significant step toward streamlining their case management and archiving processes.
