
Last autumn, we set three goals that have guided our work throughout 2025 – employee satisfaction, customer engagement, and positioning Nobly for further growth.
These three goals have given us a clear direction and a shared language across departments.
They have helped us prioritize, make bold decisions – while staying true to what makes Nobly Nobly: our people and our culture.
2025 has also been the year where we took major steps to prepare Nobly for the future:
- We have implemented a new, unified ERP system that elevates our project management and financial operations.
- We have professionalised our teams and strengthened our internal processes.
- We have further developed Nobly Client, which today serves as the primary client for our content services solutions – supported by a growing proprietary software stack. The solution brings together AI capabilities such as deep knowledge insights, automatic AI editing, document summary, and a carefully designed UI/UX that helps users work significantly more efficiently.
Highlights of the year
In addition to our strategic goals, 2025 has been a year filled with milestones and achievements:
New customers and partnerships, including a strong new agreement with Storebrand and continued strategic collaboration with Velliv and Eurowind Energy on Nobly Client.
Healthcare and Enterprise Imaging – Nobly Research has set new standards, and our position as a healthcare partner in the Nordics has further strengthened.
AI with purpose – We have spent the year preparing concrete AI use cases for our customers. We look forward to taking these even further next year!
Finance and Operations has delivered substantial development – from a new ERP and project management system to compliance and DevOps. A big acknowledgement to the team for raising the bar in line with market demands.
Culture – We have begun rethinking and evolving our company values to ensure they continue to reflect who we are and who we aspire to be.
We have been awarded Børsen’s Gazelle Prize for the third year in a row – a recognition of our continued growth.

Our expectations for 2026
In 2026, we take the next step. We expect the initiatives we’ve invested in to equip us with powerful new tools to steer the organization.
We will position ourselves even more clearly as Scandinavia’s leading expert in intelligent information management by combining our own software stack with robust workflow solutions. Here, AI and knowledge drawn from customers’ own documents and data will support critical decision-making – from case handling to analysis – rather than being an isolated layer on top.
We will continue to be an entrepreneurial, curious, and value-creating partner that customers choose not because we are the biggest, but because we are the best to work with.
