What are you going to work with?
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that client projects are delivered in accordance with Nobly’s standard implementation model and that they are successfully implemented in collaboration with the client. As a project manager, your work starts with a handover of the project from the sales department and extends to a successful go-live. Afterwards, the customer is handed over to our support and operations department. It is your responsibility to ensure that projects are completed on time, with quality and on budget.
As Project Manager at Nobly you will have an external as well as an internal focus.
Externally, your focus will be:
- Conducting Discovery and planning sessions with clients in close collaboration with your team of talented consultants
- Preparation and maintenance of project plans
- Compliance with milestones
- Organising progress meetings
- Preparing monthly project reports
- Participating in steering committee meetings with clients
Internally your focus will be:
- Plan and prioritise tasks for your team
- Ensure team velocity and billing rates are at expected levels
- Report project status to management and generally liaise with other departments
We currently have three implementation teams, working across countries and following Scrum principles, running 2 week sprints.
You will have functional responsibility for one of these teams.
A Nobly implementation team typically consists of a project manager, a technical lead and four-six implementation consultants.

Who are you?
You have at least 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or implementing process support. You have a strong business understanding and are comfortable in technically complex environments. You have good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
You will receive ongoing training as needed, but we expect your skills to be top notch. You have experience in delivering complex software solutions and you are:
- Ready to take the lead, assume responsibility and demonstrate leadership to your team
- Ambitious and goal-oriented
- Structured
- Outgoing
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good at communicating
- Fluent in both Danish and English, in writing and in speaking.
It is an advantage if you have experience in management, possibly certified in project management and have experience with Jira and Scrum processes.
Personally you are thriving in an environment where you have flexibility and a lot of responsibility. You are a team player which means that professional sparring and a good social environment are very important to you. You are comfortable in an organization where you are expected to work independently and in a structured way according to our delivery model. You have good interpersonal skills and understand the importance of good and clear customer communication, even in difficult situations.
You will be compensated according to your qualifications. The package consists of a fixed salary, pension, health scheme, lunch, etc.
