Are you tired of manually uploading documents one by one in OnBase? And tired of having to enter social security numbers, case numbers, or other keywords for each new document? Is it unnecessary for you to spend time adding the right keywords to each document?

Therefore, Nobly, in collaboration with Velliv, has developed a tool that allows you to select multiple files from your desktop or mobile browser and index these documents with appropriate document types and keywords.
Flexible Document Management
The primary function of the product is efficient document upload and integrated quality assurance in the same workflow. Until now, it has been possible to manually upload documents one by one in the OnBase archive, but now it’s also possible to choose as many documents as desired to upload at once. Additionally, you can automatically add the same or different keywords to the documents.
Closely integrated with OnBase
Our solution is closely integrated with OnBase’s central keyword system, which can be customized as search terms. The keywords can be adjusted for a specific department in the company or for you as a specific user. The solution is installed locally for OnBase users who typically work with file uploads in OnBase. It can be easily and quickly customized to the individual’s needs in terms of categorization and adding keywords to the documents.
