Nobly expands its leadership team with a People & Culture Manager

Nan-Mia Nielsen has been employed at Nobly as the People & Culture Manager from January 1, 2024, and joins the management team.

Nan-Mia Nielsen is warmly welcomed as Nobly’s new People & Culture Manager

Nan-Mia has 30 years of experience from both large companies such as Vestas, and in medium-sized companies, like Nobly. Her experience is linked to both international and Danish companies, where Nan-Mia has dealt with a wide palette of HR tasks – everything from recruitment, leadership/employee and organizational development, facilitation, coaching, and teaching. In addition, she has also run her own HR business for 9 years.

As the People & Culture Manager, Nan-Mia’s primary role will be to ensure employee wellbeing and to protect the Nobly culture. This includes a wide range of diverse HR areas, including onboarding and development of employees, coaching, sparring, and other administrative HR tasks.

Nan-Mia’s title emphasizes that she will help ensure continued positive development in culture, leadership, and Nobly as an organization. We are confident that her experience in HR and knowledge of international companies and their cultures, make her the right person to facilitate this.

Personally, I am very excited to be part of Nobly’s growth journey, to join the leadership team, to empower our employees and leaders, and to work on the development and retention of our skilled employees.
