Nobly focuses on CSR

At Nobly, we adhere to a code of conduct comprising a set of rules and guidelines designed to guide our business operations and ensure the maintenance of ethical standards. This code mandates that our employees understand and comply with internal policies and guidelines that promote responsibility and integrity in all aspects of our business. It encompasses critical areas such as respect for human rights, environmental protection, economic accountability, as well as health and safety considerations for individuals.

Nobly proactively engages in our CSR policy and initiates measures to address and enhance these areas.

Many companies, including several of Nobly’s clients, place significant emphasis on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and seek assurance that their partners address CSR-related issues. Nobly regularly receives requests to prepare statements concerning their commitment and practices within CSR.

As a specific example, one of Nobly’s major financial clients has initiated a process through the IntegrityNext platform to collect data from their partners and subcontractors regarding their CSR activities. Nobly has responded to this request by submitting the required information through a detailed questionnaire. This “sustainability profile” represents the outcomes of this submission.

Nobly’s CSR Policy

Through addressing questions related to Nobly’s focus on CSR, we aim to demonstrate a proactive approach to relevant issues. The ‘sustainability profile,’ resulting from these responses, serves as evidence of our compliance with CSR requirements and our commitment to taking responsibility for our impact on society and the environment. This commitment includes a dedicated effort in nature conservation, human rights, and a healthy work environment. Our analysis within CSR spans several key areas, including:

Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
  • Nobly combats bribery and corruption in the way we conduct our business and sets requirements for the companies we collaborate with, including subcontractors and other partnering organizations. Nobly operates in accordance with Danish law, and any suspicion of fraud or similar activities must be immediately reported to the company’s CEO.
Environmental Protection
  • Nobly makes efforts to preserve natural resources and protect the environment through pollution prevention, nature conservation, sustainable resource use, and combating climate change. We are committed to complying with conventions such as the Minamata, Stockholm, and Basel Conventions regarding environmental protection. Nobly follows local laws and regulations regarding environmental protection and strives to minimize individual consumption through attention to water and energy usage, recycling, and waste sorting.
Human Rights & Labour
  • We naturally aim to uphold our ethical standards in dealings with employees and others with whom we, as a company, collaborate. This involves combating forced labor, child labor, and any form of slavery.
  • Nobly works to eliminate discrimination by ensuring equal rights regardless of ethnic origin, gender, age, disability, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, social background, and political beliefs. We are committed to maintaining a work environment free from any form of abuse and mistreatment.
Health & Safety
  • Nobly adheres to legislation and considerations for physical and mental health and safety. Some measures we take to support this include extended health insurance, quarterly confidential employee discussions, ergonomic office equipment, ventilation, and appropriate lunch/beverages.
Supply Chain Responsibility
  • Nobly is committed to supporting NGO organizations that contribute to important areas in our society. For example, Nobly supports Danish Hospitals Clowns and the Danish Cancer Society.
  • Additionally, Nobly participates in local sports events, organizes social activities using local businesses, and generally focuses on having local suppliers for daily operations.
