Solid success and growth at Nobly Norway

In a time marked by increased competition and shifting market trends, Nobly Norway has performed very well and continues its growth journey since the establishment of the division in 2018. The awarding of the Gaselle Prize for 2023 has solidified Nobly AS's reputation as a sustainable and successful player in the Norwegian market.

From establishment to Gaselle

A central strategy for Nobly is focusing on growth and strengthening its consultancy services. By prioritizing the development of competence and building trust with customers, Nobly is determined to deliver high-quality solutions that reliably meet the needs of customers.

Since its establishment, Nobly has established itself as a reliable partner for some of Norway’s largest finance and healthcare customers. Going forward, the goal is to provide Norwegian consultants to all customers in the Norwegian market, which will contribute to an even closer and more efficient collaboration with our customers. This will make access to support, implementation assistance, and strategic advice even more accessible.

Nobly’s expertise in consultancy services primarily lies in insurance and pension as well as information management in case processing. It is crucial for Nobly to have competent consultants who are experts in the areas our customers demand.

With increased focus on meeting customer needs, Nobly is actively seeking 3 new consultants who can contribute to the company’s success and specialization in the Norwegian market. The consultants will serve as implementation specialists and experts in insurance and pension, and will not only have in-depth industry knowledge but also provide process support and customer service for our clients.

Leadership and strengthening of consultancy services

A key component of Nobly’s success is its experienced leadership team, where Country Manager Norway, Kenneth Wie Eriksen, and Head of Operation for Norway, Kristoffer Gundersen, play crucial roles. The Norwegian leadership, in close collaboration with the Danish team, has been instrumental in leading the company to new heights. Kristoffer Gundersen emphasizes the company’s focus on continuous development:

“Our goals for Nobly in Norway are clear: we strive for continuous growth and strengthening of our consultancy services. Through increased focus on competence development and trust from our customers, our ambition is to deliver solutions that meet our customers’ needs.”

Trust and collaboration at Nobly

Nobly places great emphasis on a culture characterized by trust and security, both internally among employees and in relation to customers. The social culture in the company enhances collaboration and creates a dynamic workplace where employees can grow and thrive: “At Nobly, we value a culture characterized by trust and security, both internally within our team and in relation to our customers. It is crucial for us to create an environment where our employees can grow and thrive while delivering high quality.” – Kenneth Wie Eriksen, Nobly AS.

With the Gaselle Prize as recognition of sustainability, quality, and success, Nobly faces exciting opportunities for further growth and development. By strengthening the focus on leadership, consultants, and trust in customers, Nobly is well-equipped to continue delivering valuable solutions and services in the Norwegian market.

Nobly Honored as Børsen Gazelle 2023

We at Nobly are proud to announce that Børsen in Denmark has recognized Nobly as a Gazelle company. This is a wonderful acknowledgment of Nobly's daily efforts to create value for our customers.

Nobly’s dedication to innovation, quality, and customer service has been crucial to our successful growth strategy. We have not only sustained growth but also generated value for our customers, partners, and employees. This prestigious award confirms our position as a leading player in the industry, emphasizing our commitment to delivering products and solutions of the highest standard. It also recognizes that our dedication and efforts are key to our continued success.

Recognition for Customers, Partners, and the Nobly Team

CEO of Nobly, Jesper Frank, is delighted and proud that Nobly has received official recognition as represented by the Børsen Gazelle, stating:

This recognition represents not only Nobly’s achievements but I see it as a tribute to our talented employees who work diligently every day to provide the best possible service to our loyal customers, driving our growth.

We celebrate our new status as a Gazelle company and look forward with enthusiasm and ambition. Nobly remains dedicated to delivering innovative solutions, continuing to create value for our customers, and pursuing growth opportunities globally. Jesper Frank emphasizes, “We look forward to continuing our positive growth in collaboration with employees and customers,” thanking everyone for their significant support and trust in Nobly.

The 6 Criteria for the Gazelle Award

To receive the Børsen Gazelle Prize, six criteria must be met. These criteria have remained the same since the Gazelle was first awarded in 1995:

3. Company form requirements
Only joint-stock companies (A/S) and limited liability companies (ApS) are included in the survey.

4. Comparability
The figures from the four years must be fully comparable.

5. Operating profit
The sum of operating results over the four years must be positive.

6. Growth
The growth of net turnover must be positive in all four years, and the growth over the entire period must be at least 100%.

About Børsen Gazelle

The Børsen Gazelle Prize is an acknowledgment of companies that have achieved significant growth over a four-year period. The criteria for receiving the Gazelle Prize are high and include continuous positive growth in turnover or gross profit, a doubling of turnover or gross profit over the past four accounting years, and positive cumulative growth.

“Common to the gazelles is that they all contribute significantly to Danish business. They are role models for job creation, optimism, and creativity in Denmark,” says Bjarne Corydon, editor-in-chief and CEO of Børsen.

The Gazelle Prize is awarded to celebrate companies that lead the way in growth because, according to Børsen, gazelles are engines in society. At this year’s four regional Gazelle events, the high achievers in Danish business were celebrated, and the focus was on the knowledge needed to create growth. This year, there was a particular emphasis on leadership in times of crisis.

Caseflow – the Future OnBase Layout

In recent years, Nobly has intensified its efforts in case management and workflow processes within the financial sector. The many experiences have been consolidated into a framework for OnBase, which we at Nobly have chosen to call CaseFlow, with the assistance of UX/UI experts and our own development resources.

Last year’s Devoteam report pointed out the necessity for Hyland to address its layout and user interface in OnBase. Hyland has also acknowledged this. It is essentially the only recurring issue that prevents Devoteam from giving OnBase top ratings in all nine categories.

Working on a New User Interface

At Nobly, we are naturally aware of this current issue. Therefore, our top priority is to support the development of a super-modern and inviting user interface. However, a beautiful design and layout alone are not enough. It is also about supporting users as effectively as possible in their case management work.

This support encompasses a wide range of areas. From handling the numerous documentation requirements and compliance regulations to optimizing the workflow, including ensuring the independence of each employee. The potential for efficiency must happen as quickly as possible and with the highest degree of automation. At the same time, the work itself must be supported in a way that allows new employees to take over cases and move them forward in the process without any delay.

Customer Experience Is Key

The demand for mobility is not just about the freedom to choose where work is performed but also the freedom to determine who has the time and opportunity to assist the customer—here and now. Customer experience does not look back, where unproductive wait times and other internal issues are not accepted. It needs to be sharp, timely, and on par with consumers’ experiences from other global technology company platforms’ user-friendliness.

In general, customer experience is a central concept in CaseFlow.

The possibility of unique digitization of workflow processes in CaseFlow contributes to meeting consumers’ expectations of financial institutions’ services. Customers want quick access to information, seamless processing, and co-ownership of the process. Financial institutions compete not only on price but also on the ability to provide a frictionless and personalized experience. Digitalization through CaseFlow makes it faster and easier to meet customers’ requests and expectations. It makes it both faster and easier to meet customers’ inquiries and expectations.

CaseFlow is Set to Revolutionize Processes

With a solid digital foundation, CaseFlow users are well-positioned in the digital transformation of the financial sector. This leads towards a more automated and data-driven future. Artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, blockchain technology, and more require the presence of a digital landscape. CaseFlow not only delivers on this premise but also pushes development towards more digitalization.

CaseFlow thus unlocks the potential to revolutionize processes such as case handling, risk management, credit assessment, fraud prevention, and more.

Within the next two to three years, Nobly expects to see a deeper integration of AI and automation in daily processes. In the bigger picture, CaseFlow strengthens the digitization of the financial sector in creating a more seamless and user-friendly experience for both institutions and customers. It’s about balancing efficiency with customer orientation and embracing technology as a source of innovation that can propel the sector into the future.

Nobly is for the third year in a row designated as the strongest ECM/ESDH provider by Devoteam.

For the third year in a row, Nobly and the OnBase platform have been collectively recognized as the strongest ECM/ESDH provider in a report produced by Devoteam.

We are incredibly proud that once again – and for the third year in a row – Nobly has been chosen as the overall strongest provider in the ECM/ESDH solutions in Devoteam’s report. This shows that we continue to deliver high-quality solutions with a focus on our customers’ needs and that our solutions are among the best in the market.

Nobly and OnBase ranked highest by Devoteam

For the third year in a row, Nobly and the OnBase platform have been collectively recognized as the strongest ECM/ESDH provider in a report produced by Devoteam. Devoteam has evaluated 12 of the leading ESDH/ECM solutions on the Danish market, from suppliers with solutions aimed at both private and public organizations.

The results show that Nobly and OnBase achieve an average of 9.6 out of 10 in an overall assessment based on a range of parameters:

Nobly wants to be the preferred choice for ECM/ESDH solutions

At Nobly, we have worked hard to make it easy and efficient for financial institutions to comply with the many new compliance requirements. Nobly has developed a new approach to task and process management, directly integrated into the core technology, which ensures that the standard solutions are deployed more quickly. This is of great benefit to our customers, who benefit from the savings.

The resources and time normally required to comply with these requirements are significantly reduced. At the same time, banks avoid passing on the increased operating costs to their customers, who already face higher interest rates.

Strong integration platform

Devoteam writes, among other things: “The solution is strong as an integration platform, as the APIs have a range of integration components and fixed databases for database integrations that customers can use. The solution also offers low-code development options, which many customers point to as one of the benefits of the solution, as they can configure new processes and document types without involving the supplier.”

Nobly delves deeper into the core processes in the financial sector. This produces positive results, such as satisfied customers, improved integration with other systems, increased security, etc. In addition, Nobly also offers software development outside of the OnBase platform if needed. This is reflected in the analysis results, which we are both proud of and humble about.

Future improvements of OnBase

Nobly’s dedicated efforts to the industry are still in its startup phase, so customers can expect a range of exciting initiatives in 2023, which hopefully will further put pressure on competitors in the Nordics.

OnBase is developed by Hyland, so future features and improvements are dependent on Hyland’s decisions. According to Nobly, some of the improvements on the way concern user experience and integration with collaboration-supporting software such as Zoom, Confluence, and Google Docs.

In addition, the focus on standard solutions that support special needs of Nobly’s customer segments, such as Anti-Money-Laundering, Digital Inspection, and Compliance, including 100% GDPR support and compliance with the highest IT security standards, will increase. There will also be a focus on cloud optimizations and API improvements in the coming years to offer more “off the shelf” integrations.

Nobly wants to be the preferred choice for ECM/ESDH solutions

We are incredibly proud that once again – and for the third year in a row – Nobly has been chosen as the overall strongest provider in the ECM/ESDH solutions in Devoteam’s report. This shows that we continue to deliver high-quality solutions with a focus on our customers’ needs and that our solutions are among the best in the market. We look forward to continuing to deliver innovative solutions and support our customer’s digital transformations.
