Throughout the past year, many exciting events have taken place at Nobly, including the successful second edition of our user conference, Nobly Talks, and the acquisition of a company. Therefore, the expectations for 2024 are high.
Growth in 2023
Nobly has experienced record growth in 2023, achieving new records in revenue, earnings, and employee count. The number of employees has grown from 36 to 57 during the year, marking the largest increase in staff in Nobly’s history.
In 2023, Nobly achieved an almost 30% increase in revenue. This success is attributed to the ability to execute strategies and the skill of our employees in creating value for customers. The strong performance forms a solid foundation for long-lasting customer collaborations. This is further evidenced by our receipt of the Børsen Gazelle this year as recognition for our development.

“Over the past year, we have implemented several changes as a result of our growth and the desire to constantly improve in our professionalization process. This is something we also receive recognition for from our loyal customers.”
Internally, Nobly has strengthened its organizational structure by appointing Kenneth Fossum as Chief Operating Officer, hiring more experienced project managers, consultants, and developers in both Norway and Denmark. These individuals have all contributed to the continued development of Nobly’s delivery and service to customers.
In 2023, Nobly also established a strategic product development team, which, in collaboration with the product manager, aims to contribute to the creation of more in-house developed products and solutions for the benefit of our customers.
Nobly’s First Company Acquisition and Focus on Health
One of the major initiatives at Nobly this year was our first company acquisition. In October, Nobly acquired CSAM KIBI Finland from Norwegian Omda. This resulted from a long-standing development of relationships in the healthcare sector in the Finnish market, highlighting Nobly’s position as one of the leading providers of healthcare IT solutions in the Nordic region. We are delighted and proud of this expansion and are well underway in collaborating with our new Finnish colleagues.
The acquisition emphasizes Nobly’s increased focus on Healthcare, leading to the establishment of a dedicated health team in 2023, contributing to the further development of this part of the business. Ben Ramsay was hired as the head of this team in September.
Nobly Talks 2023
2023 was the year when Nobly’s own user conference, Nobly Talks, was held for the second consecutive year. Nobly hosted two days in September, focusing on customer relations, networking with industry colleagues, and engaging discussions on compliance and the use of AI in the financial world.
“Once again, Nobly Talks was a great success this year, with more participating customers and excellent presentations and discussions. It’s fantastic to see everything come together with a well-organized event, inspiring talks, and happy customers,” says Jesper Frank.
Looking Forward to 2024
Jesper Frank has high expectations for 2024: “At Nobly, we look forward to an exciting 2024, expecting continued positive development on many fronts. We will welcome new colleagues, and we will collaborate with new and existing customers on exciting projects.”
He also hints at plans for new products for customers and the use of AI in collaboration with customers: “We will launch new products for our customers, and I also expect that we will establish collaborations with one or more customers regarding the value-creating use of AI in our solutions.”
